When something is missing

I cannot see my team's pursuit

Check the workspace name and signed-in email. Ask a workspace administrator to confirm membership and the pursuit owner to confirm your pursuit role. Private chats are not shared team records.

If a pursuit link opens Continue to your workspace, your account does not have access to the requested workspace or pursuit. Choose a workspace you belong to, or ask its admin for an invitation.

I cannot see tasks or writing

Open the intended pursuit and select Tasks or Response. Confirm the work has been created and saved. An unapplied writing proposal may still be waiting for review in chat.

If Tasks says some pursuit tasks could not be loaded or edit access is unavailable, refresh the task list before editing.

A file does not open

Check that it appears in Sources or Library, and that processing has completed. Keep the original file and its reported error. An unavailable original should not be replaced with a guessed document or treated as already reviewed.

The agent has stopped

Check its last visible activity and any error. Use Stop if you want to interrupt an active run. Reopen the same conversation to inspect saved work before asking it to continue. Do not repeatedly press Start or create duplicate pursuits to force progress.

Saved writing, Tasks and pending changes remain available. Review retained writing proposals in Changes, or send a new message to continue working.

If the problem persists, share the pursuit link, approximate time, action you took and visible error with the Manifest team. Do not send passwords or connection tokens.

Reopen the introduction

Open the introduction. Choosing Later dismisses guidance; it does not delete your workspace or saved work.
