Add company knowledge

Use Library for information about your company that the agent can draw on across opportunities. Put the government RFP package in the pursuit's Sources.

Add a profile and files

  1. Open Library in the sidebar.
  2. Enter your website in Company website and select Research company. Review the proposed facts before accepting them. To write a profile yourself instead, select Add profile.
  3. Select Add files. Under Use files as, choose company knowledge, a writing sample, capabilities, past work or a team bio, then upload the files.
  4. Open an uploaded file in the file viewer and check that it is readable.

Useful materials include capabilities, project examples, team resumes, writing samples and your own pricing assumptions. You can start without government past performance; leave unknown facts unknown.

File support

PDF, DOCX, Markdown, text, spreadsheets and PowerPoint files can be uploaded and opened in the viewer. Viewing a file does not mean all of its content is available to the agent. In particular, slide viewing and automatic text extraction are different capabilities. If processing fails, keep the original and check the reported status.

Original files are viewed in Library; the editable proposal lives in Response. Uploading an Office document does not turn the original into a shared editor.

Tell the agent which material is a writing sample and which contains current company facts. Use those records when checking qualifications; review any proposed references or commitments before using them in a bid.
